I use (or may use) Fathom Analytics to understand how the site is performing. Fathom is a privacy-first tool that is compliant with GDPR, ePrivacy, PECR, and COPPA.
What is tracked: Overall visitor counts, page views, average time on site, and event completions.
Your privacy: This data is anonymized. I cannot identify who you are. All EU visitor data is processed on servers located in the EU.
I use Cal.com to handle bookings.
Data collected: When you book a call, Cal.com asks for your name and email address.
Purpose: This is purely so we can conduct the meeting and I can send you an invite.
Lawful basis: Contractual necessity. The data is required to schedule and conduct the meeting.
I may occasionally use other digital tools, such as online forms. I will update this page whenever a new tool is added that handles user data.
Even though I collect very little, you still have rights over your data under the GDPR and other laws.
